Hello Hello!
In my sleepy beach town where no one else was awake except the seagulls and seals, there I was on my yoga mat holding crescent lunge for a few extra breaths. As sweat rolled off my temples and my legs were shaking, I dropped a little lower, pressed a little harder and did my best to keep my inhales and exhales slow and controlled. This is the goodness.
When I find myself in the goodness it is here that transformation isn’t only possible-- it is inevitable. I have learned how to enter this place and come out a better version of me. This happens off my mat as well.
I went from working 7 consecutive jobs while living off fast food and ramen, to starting my own events business, becoming a yoga teacher, eating foods that nourish me and choosing to move beyond living a low vibe life. I have gone from survival to living!
When I found myself on the path to living a life full of joy, expansive experiences, and creative expression, my soul’s purpose continued to lead me but that didn’t mean the path was without obstacles. My day ones that have gotten me through some of the tougher times include a moleskin notebook and 0.38 G2 Pilot pen. They have also been there for me in the good times, the great times, the creative times, and the boring times. Simply put, they have been there for me all the time. They created a space where I learned to share my truth, so that is exactly what I did.
I have notebooks upon notebooks filled with my soul’s calling to help people embrace the goodness. This is why I originally became a yoga teacher and why I have now decided to surrender my gifts to this calling and step into my power. I am here to take my teaching even deeper, to support people in living a balanced and creative life both on and off the mat. I am here to help you embody your most true self by activating your soul-potential. I am here to remind you that we are not meant to merely survive. We are here to live. This-- this happens in the goodness with some shaking and some sweat, with strength, compassion, and a dose of spirituality. I am here to help you connect with your light.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
